The computer numeral control technology has been extensively applied in the every walk of life and productivity was improved enormously. We kept tenon equipment come to numerical control base on conrtol theory and mechanical structure. The equipment is a special equipment for the new style structure of the wood window tenon joint.This paper explained the development and processing equipment of wood window at home and abroad. Characteristics were analyzed between traditional wood windows and european fashion wood windows. Stress of tenon joint was analyzed and it supplied theoretical basis for tenon structure designed by us.The paper minimizes the cost of product, make the product design quality supreme, producing efficiently. By researching the procedure course of working, we designed the new style structure of the wood window tenon joint. The paper introduced milling theory and mechanical structure of milling tenon equipment . We designed and manufactured special milling tenon equipment apply to wood window and kept wood window come to a farther development at processing technic. We solved precision of combine part of wood window basically and improve product quality of wood window. Accordingly we make it stride one-step toward industrialization of wood window.This paper makes a brief introduction to the elements of the mechanical structures and their functions and makes a detailed introduction to the mechanical structures of the major motion system and the feed system design. In this paper, the velocity of the main shaft is up to 8000r/min. in order to assure working safety,we analyzed basic shaft and then carried out dynamic balance test for it.Numerical control system is chief component of numerically-controlled machine as brain of numerically-controlled machine. It is critical factor to determine performance and reliability of numerically-controlled machine. We designed a control system for the special equipment according to the principle of low cost and simple system.After the equipment was exploited, automation was realized ,auxiliary person was reduced and productivity was improved. It has some strategy meanings for increasing benefits of the medium-sized and pint-sized wood window enterprises in China's wood industry.
