There are rich and huge quantity feather resources in China,however,most of them are not well utilized,left idle and even becoming pollution source.Contrast to normal feather processing methods,microorganism method has its prominat advantage;most present ways still hold on strain isolation and keratinase purification, but not expand and not evolve the zymotechnique.It's even hard to find the documentation aboutthe application of feather fermentation products.For that reason, we should take the hight priority to study how to amplify the zymotechnique of feather that uses microorganism method,to make good use of abandoned feather by which protects the environment from being polluted.The subject is on changing abandoned feather into resource.It's the first time to record that scaling zymotechnique of Stenotrophomonas maltophilia DHHJ that is selected,isolated,purified and mutagenize by Envrionment Institute of Donghua University.This method have remarkable effect on fertilization in leaf surface and hair caring.1.Feather ZymotechniqueIt's to find out the best fermentation medium and the fit zymotechnique for Stenotrophomonas maltophilia DHHJ.Note that removing extra carbon and nigrogen sources could significantly lower the costs and simplify the operation steps,without reducing the degradation rate. Fermenter performs better than shake flask for fermentating keratinase:the time is 1 day shorter,while the yields grows up to 2 to 3 times than before.Analyzing the logs of fermentation conditions,we can confer that the metabolization dynamic model is the partly coupling one.2.Immobilization Technique and Optimization of Fermentation ConditionsIt's to get to know the best immobilization condition and best fermentation condition in immobilized state for bacterial strain DHHJ made by the chitosan.In the above condition,immobilized bacterial strain DHHJ can sustain to degrade keratinase. The chitosan has some biocompatibility,mechanical strength and good tenacity,so that it can be re-used and easy to recycle without pollution.Based on the above anaysis,it's feasible to immobilize Stenotrophomonas maltophilia DHHJ in continous fermenter.To implement continous zymotechnique,it's proposed that the fermenter will be from enhanced plunger,which prevents the immobilzation carriers from being destroyed.Besides,the feed-in entry is insufflator that can improve the utilization of feathers.3.Fermentation Products AnalysisIt's to get the proportion of aminophenol,microelement,and soluable protetin molecules.Comparing to existed experment reports,it may conclude the enzyme system related to bacteria strain DHHJ and feathers.Inhence,it is conferred that the industry fields of the application can be cleaning products and fertilizers.4.Analysis and application of fermentation productsThe effects of the fermentation products of feather on hair care are analyzed, found that it has the merit which other chemical synthesis's hair tonic,the hairspray and the sun-screening agent are unable to compare.The result indicated that the broth of feather had a good affinity to hair and formed a transparent film on surface of hair, thus feratin not only repair cuticula pili scale but also improve the luster and elastic. The ability of hair curl keeping was much better after treated by broth of feather. Feather keratin can absorb ultraviolet in 200~300 nm,which can help hair to resist harmful ultraviolet radiation.Economically analysis,raw material price is relatively low,therefore has the considerable economical development value.In addition,after suitable dilution,the broth of feather used in foliar fertilizers, which can obviously improve plants' growth.The compound amino acid produced by feather fermentation not only can take the nutrients,simultaneously is a very good chelating agent.And with surfactants,it enhance the adsorption effects.But the foliar fertilizers' s application domain decided that its market price is low,broth of feather as the foliar fertilizers can be slightly wasteful at present.
