With the improvement of social and people's living standards, people concern much about our own health and the environment. Therefore, the antibacterial agents and its products shows a great trend, of which antibacterial function become one of the most important trends. Researching on the cost-effective method of enamel preparation technology become more and more significant.In this paper, the brief introduction about the development of enamel has been given. The paper also introduce the classification of antibacterial agents , the preparation method and mechanism of antibacterial with Ag carring ,the preparation method of antibacterial agent.The appropriate technology conditions of the preparation of ultra-fine powder of inorganic composite antibacterial agent are as follows: stirring speed 750r/min, dispersant dosage 1.0%, reaction time 40min, reaction temperature 98℃, the process of calcination temperature 750℃, time 3 h.Using the laser particle size analyzer, the antibacterial powders have an average diameter of about 230nm obtained under the optimum process, which has a uniform particle size and narrow particle distribution. The antibacterial powders are insoluble. When the concentration of antibacterial powder is 100mg/L, it get 100% antibacterial rate of Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans in 30min. Testing the antibacterial property respectively for six monthes after exposure and post-treatment of antimicrobial powder, it shows that the antibacterial rate within 30min still remain as high as 95% ,which prove a good antibacterial durability and heat resistance.The paper introduce the ultra-fine powder of inorganic composite antibacterial agent into the preparation of enamel. The experiment identify SDBS dispersant as the mixed glaze. Taking the antibacterial rate as the target, using the single-factor experiments and orthogonal test to determine the best technology to prepare the antibacterial enamel are as follows: the amount of antibacterial agents 3% ,the amount of dispersant 0.1%, ultrasonic time 15min, milling time 60min, sintering temperature 820℃, firing time 80s. The enamel shows a good antibacterial properties after the experiment.The performance testing of the antibacterial enamel under the optimum technology are: antibacterial enamel have a antibacterial rate more than 99.5% on Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans within 24 hours. After durability test, The sample have more than 99% antibiotic rate after soaking for three months by water, 10% of hydrochloric acid and sodium hypochlorite solution, which show a good antibacterial effect.The test on the other properties are all accord with the national standards.
