Metal antiseptic paint because of includes the volatile matter pollution of the environment, but the water paint has non-toxic, the environmental protection merit, the research of water soluble polymer will expand the polymer to the metal inhibition performance in the corrosion domain application scope.Polyaniline was found to have the property of anticorrosion through forming tight polymer on metal surface.Polyacrylate has film-forming property and anti-corrosion.Graphite is spherical, sheet structure and have the characteristics of conducting and self-lubricating ,This article chooses the ordinary carbon black particle has the laminar structure.Uses the emulsion polymerization legal system to result in the polymer to wrap the carbon black the compound coating, enhanced the polymer anticorrosion effect greatly.This article to under dissimilar condition's polyaniline, the polypropylene diethylene glycol dinitrate wraps the carbon black emulsion the corrosion current determination, has determined two kind of system's most superior response conditions.After this research work, Wwe knew the corrosion potential of CRS electrode which finished pure PAn was lower than no finished, and one finished polyaniline wrapped graphite emulsion was lower than one finished pure PAn .the results showed that high-quanlity of polyaniline wrapped graphite emulsion was synthesized over a period of 4h under the conditions of polymerization temperature was 25℃, the ratio of SDS and aniline was 1.5, the ratio of APS and aniline was 1.5, quality than graphite and aniline was 0.5%, the type of acid was, PH value of acid was 2 in hydrochloride aqueous solutions, and its dissolvability,film-forming property were advantageous; in3.5% Nacl solution, carbon steel corrosion current was 10-5.94 A/cm2; after finishing polyaniline emulsion,it was 10-7.94 A / cm2;finishing polyaniline wrapped carbon black latex was after 10-8.92 A/cm2; scanning electron microscope showed that carbon black and polyaniline formed a polyaniline parcels of carbon black latex.In the polyacrylate ,when the carbon black quality occupies 0.2% of the MMA monomer, the wate-based coating steel the A3 carbon in the corrosion environment of 3.5wt%NaCl solution, the corrosion current is 0.79μA, and it's lower than the pure polypropylene coating's 1.58μA; The results of EIS also indicated that anti-corrosion of wrap the carbon black emulsion by the polypropylene is better than the pure, its resistance value has a big enhancement; The scanning electron microscope demonstrated that the majority of carbon black granule disperses evenly in the polypropylene rubber group, so we prepares the wate-based coating of polypropylene to wrap the carbon black , and enhanced its anticorrosion performance.The polyaniline and the polypropylene diethylene glycol dinitrate emulsion blending experiment indicated: The blending enhances its adhesion, but the anticorrosion effect actually greatly reduces, possibly is the polyaniline member is destroyed, affects it to form the deactivated membrane, simultaneously the acidic medium has accelerated its corrosion rate.
