The Study On Tolerant Properties Of High Temperature And High Salinity For Polyoxyethylete Ethers Sulfonate And Oil-displacing System Of It

Aliphatic Alcohol Polyoxyethylene Ethers Sulfonate ( AESO ) is a kind of nonionic-anionic surfantant which has good properties of thermal stability,salt resistance,Ca²⁺,Mg²⁺ resistance. It is very suitable for reservoirs with high salinity,high temperature,high content of Ca²⁺,Mg²⁺.It was too much reported about its synthesis,but it can not get the standard of industrialization.The consideration of industrialization, Aliphatic Alcohol Polyoxyethylene Ethers Sulfonate is obtained with the cheapful material of AES and sulfonating agent of Sodium Sulfite and Sodium Hydrogen Sulfite .It is firstly proved that it is influential to the reactant resultance of reactant temperation,reactant time,the proportion of reactant materials.Getting the optimum condition by systematic orthogonal experiment studies:160℃,4h,Na2SO3:NaHSO3=5:1(weight),AES: sulfonating agent=1:3(mole).In this condition, Conversion of AES is 98.5%and the yield of Aliphatic Alcohol Polyoxyethylene Ethers Sulfonate is 85.5%.Determining the interfacial intension between crude oil and water with Texas-500 instrument of interfacial intension.Adding NaCl,MgCl2,CaCl2 to the experimental water for mocking oil field stratum water.Examinating the interfacial intension between the solution of AESO and crude oil on condition of different temperature,different salinity,different content of Ca²⁺,Mg²⁺.Judging the ability of thermal stability,salt resistance,Ca²⁺,Mg²⁺ resistance of AESO through the change of the interfacial intension. It was proved that the interfacial intension is not able to get superlow when AESO separately mixs with Sodium hydroxide and Polymer.But AESO has good ability of thermal stability,salt resistance,Ca²⁺,Mg²⁺ resistance.The mixture of AESO and cheapful surfantant of Heavy Alkylbenzene Sulfonate(HABS), not only the interfacial intension can get superlow ,but also the ability of thermal stability,salt resistance,Ca²⁺,Mg²⁺ resistance of HABS evidently enhanced..On the condition of 85℃,totle salinity 80000 mg/L,viscosity of Ca²⁺,Mg²⁺1150 mg/L,the interfacial tension still gets superlow.It is suitable for reservoirs with high salinity,high temperature,high content of Ca²⁺,Mg²⁺.
