With the development of national economy,_the environmental problems is growing more and more significantly.White rot fungus is the one that can cause the white rot of the woods.They can degradate many kinds of substance in the woods,_for example,lignin,cellulose and so on._But there are many different kinds of ingredients in industrial and life liquid waste are comparable to the one of the woods._So using the white rot fungus to degradate the liquid waste is a very good idea worthy of trying._This thesis using the ideal white rot fungus as a material to study the degradating effect of them to the industrial wast water and life wast water.Using the soil reach in humus as the raw materal to separate the fungus from it._By observing its microstructure and using biochemistry methods to identify its property._We can get a conclusion that white rot fungus is an kind of white filar fungus._During its forepart it shows a flocculent structure,_but will emerge a wad shape structure in its metaphase and anaphase. This is analogous to most of the advanced fungus.Through the experiment of casting the white rot fungus into the wast water the results show that the knotted mature fungus can generate much more good effects of degardating wast water.Immobilized state is much more effective. When disposing the industrial waste water,neutral pH or a little acid is much better.The temperature of 20℃is the best state.Disposing the life waste water shows that little microbes can create much effects,_Because the waste water can provide more nutrition for the fungus.
