The technology of horizontal well and multi-fractured horizontal well is a very important method for field development and recovery improvement. Although horizontal wells and fractured horizontal wells can improve the flow condition, the flow characteristic regime will be more complex than vertical wells. To analyze the bottom hole and field pressure of horizontal wells exactly is very important to realize the flow characteristic regime correctly and to develop field reasonably. So the following works are done:Firstly, the mathematical models of horizontal well with complicated boundary conditions are presented based on the fluids through porous media theory of horizontal well, and the models are solved by source function. The transient pressure curves with complication boundary conditions are obtained by the transient pressure formulation, and with the method of calculating streamline and Duhamel principle the pressure and streamline distribution of multi-well system are drawn, and the characteristic parameters which influenced pressure and streamline are analyzed.Secondly, the mathematical models of finite and infinite conductivity fractureed wells are established and solved. The transient pressure curves of fractured well are drawn, the difference between the two models are presented, and the characteristic parameters influenced pressure curves are analyzed. On the basis of the pressure formulation, the characteristics and influencing factors of pressure distribution are analyzed. Finally, the model of horizontal well with multiple fractures is presented by the source theory. The different numbers, widths, lengths and conductivity of fracture are all considered in this model. The characteristics of fluids through porous media and field distribution are analyzed detailed. At last, the well testing methods for vertical fractured well and fractured horizontal well are presented detailed.
