Fracturing reformation technique is a valid method in low permeable reservoir development. At present numerical simulation is a main method in design for the case of fracturing reformation, but fracturing well pattern simulations aren't in depth study. Therefore, studies on fracturing and stimulation and fracture parameter optimization in improving low permeable reservoir produting effect is more significant.Finite Difference Method is the main numerical method of researching the flow in reservoirs, at the same time, Finite Element is a valid numerical method and has lots of superiority than Finite Difference Method, but it is not studied deeply in solving reservoir problems. Based on Finite Element Method theory and the characteristic of low permeability reservoirs, the application and Finite Element Method in low permeability reservoir are studied systematically. The single phase flow Finite element seepage equations are developed. The simulation of fracture using anchor model and the output computation using reaction algorithm are done. Those equations are dispersed in space by iso-parameter element method and in time by use of backward difference. A numerical simulator is developed by Fortran. In this thesis it is gave an example of irregular fractured well pattern of one oilfield. Matched the production performance of fractured well and discussed that the effect of many variants on the production performance of fractured well, such as fracture parameter, layer physical property , reservoir pressure on the condition of present well patterns. And studied production performance rule of several irregular well patterns ,proposed a optimization case on adjusted well pattern. These studies are more significant in optimizing the design of fractured well pattern.
