In process which carries the demonstration project of wetland ecological repair in the Honghu lake, we carriy each biotic factor and the non-biotic factor on one year monitor in the wetland repair model district near the Lantian ecological garden. This article mainly studies the floats microorganism's seasonal variation in the model district, the quantification relations of grass carp's capacity for eating the submerged plant (Potamogeton crispus L, Elodea nuttallii), uses the artificial wetland to process the waste water of mandarin duck lake hotel in the Lantian ecological garden. The detailed content is as follows:From December, 2006 to March, 2008, we establishes four spots and carry on float microorganism's seasonal variation monitor in the demonstration project area of wetland repair, simultaneously monitor many kinds of other physics and chemistry targets in the water, like TN, TP and so on. Result demonstration: In the model district abundance of bacterioplankton in 6.116×107~2.582×108ml-1, the mean value is 1.524×108 ml-1, between bacterioplankton abundance and the water temperature, although it has the high relevance (r=0.512). but it has not achieved the remarkable level, but it has the extremely remarkable relevance with the virioplankton abundance between (p <0.01) Chlorophyll, a presents the peak value to appear in July, the highest concentration achieves 72.9μg/l.The float virus's mean value between 1.503×108~4.696×108 ml-1, the peak value appears in September (autumn), the virioplankton abundance and the water temperature and the chlorophyll concentration has the remarkable relevance (p<0.05), The above result indicates that the chlorophyll is the key aspect affecting virioplankton abundance, but it is not the key aspect affecting bacterioplankton abundance.Through the research experiment on the growth quantity of submerged plant (Potamogeton crispus L, Elodea nuttallii) and the grass carp's capacity for eating the submerged plant (Potamogeton crispus L, Elodea nuttallii), we obtain the following result: At water temperature 15~18℃, Elodea nuttallii's of each killogram daily grows to only 0.013kg, the grass carp's rate of daily capacity for eating Elodea nuttalli average about 23%; When water temperature in 15~18℃, Elodea nuttallii's of each kilogram daily rises to 0.015kg, Potamogeton crispus L of each kilogram daily grows and achieves 0.032kg, the grass carp's rate of daily capacity for eating Elodea nuttalli has a big rise, it climbs to average 62% ,nearly will be three times of the beginning of April's experimental result; the grass carp's rate of daily capacity for eating Potamogeton crispus L is about 71%. The experimental datum indicates that when water temperature is from 15℃to23℃, the grass carp's rate of daily capacity for eating the submerged plant increase along with the water temperature rise.We construct a small compound artificial wetland behind the Lantian ecological garden mandarin duck lake hotel, after the formal operation, the multiple constructed wetland treatment removed major portions of TP,TN and CODCr constituents of the inflow(40m3/d) with removal rates of 66.07%,81.39% and 53.66%respectively. This water quality target stably achieves IV kind of the surface water environment quality standard (GB3838-2002), it can be used for the human body non-immediate contact entertainment water, the water after processing can't cause the harm to the Honghu lake water.
