The purposes of this research is sewage water treatment and reuse of sewage water of boiler, by the research documents and investigation, found that the quality of the water is demineralized water and low salinity and there are not suspension, oil and organic. Meanwhile, It contains dissolved silicon. Water quality analysis showed that: The sewage water of boiler is easy to deal with and wealth of recycling. Because the sewage water of boiler has high levels of silicon and low salt content, ultimately decided to ion exchange technique to treat with the sewage water through analysis the current technology of desiliconize and desalination.Silicon is an important indicator. Against the characteristics of high levels of silicon, silicon the first water removal was studied. First, the way removing silicon from water was studied. By screening static state resin preparation and the influencing factor experiment, discovered gel type resin has fairly good treatment effect to the silicon in the water, and 201x7 gel type strong base anion resin is most suitable to desiliconize, Further more, gained the best condition of static state treatment.Except for the above-mentioned static state experiment, the condition of dynamic operation was examined. According to the results, 201x7 gel type strong base anion resin has fairly good treatment effect to the silicon in the water and has a long running period. When the flow rate is 5 L/h, effect is the best. When the Resin failed to operation, adopt NaOH strong base liquid to make it regeneration smoothly, Best operation condition of regeneration is 2 mol/L regeneration liquid and the volume 2.5-3 times of the resin. Turbid bed adopt the anion and action resin regenerate extra corporeally.We adopt strong acid H bed + double strong base OH bed + turbid bed treatment techniques according to the characteristic of the water sample and carried out in techniques experiment in series to treating with waste water. The draining water condition of strong acid H bed + strong base OH bed techniques and strong acid H bed + strong base OH bed+ turbid bed techniques was inspected, and experiment of turbid bed resin match ratio preparation by screening was carried out. The Result indicates the ratio, turbid bed anion and action resin loads for 2:1, is fit to use in the techniques. The experiment indicates the techniques in series: This techniques runs steadily to experimental waste water. The PH of the draining water of turbid bed is between 6.8 and 7.3, the conductance under 1.5μs/cm, and the content of SiO2 lower than 0.04 mg/L. And all of these results suggest that the techniques can be used to reuse the desalination water.Finally, the theory about ion exchange water treatment was analyzed. It elaborates the process removing silicon from water, the response in the ion exchange column process and row with the response process.
