In this paper a series of polyoxypropylene ether sulph-salt surfactant that the number of propylene oxide(PO)is 3,5,7,9 and the lipophilic group is different are synthesized, which are sulphated by chlorosulfonic acid and sulfaminic acid using alkyl alcohol (phenol) polyoxypropylene ether as basic material,The purity all can be reached over 90% after purification, and then confirmed by 1H nuclear magnetic resonance spectra and infrared spectra. The interfacial tensions between syntactic surfactant and zhuang106-X18-15 dewatered oil at different salinity are measured. It is indicated with salinity increasing, the interfacial tension is rising first and then declining, which all appear the minimum interfacial tension in 25000mg/L~ 100000mg/L, and it can reach 10-3mN/m. With the increasing of propylene oxide(PO), the optimum stability is decreasing. The emulsive rate between 9AS-n-0,13AS-n-0 and zhuang106-X18-15 oil are measured. It is indicated with salinity increasing, the emulsive rate is rising first and then declining, the emulsion rate doesn't correspond to the number of PO in the same salinity. And the interfacial tension and emulsive rate don't correspond to the same surfactant. The emulsive stability between 9AS-n-0,13AS-n-0,16AS-n-0 and zhuang106-X18-15 oil are researched. The result indicate in the same number of PO, the order of emulsive stability is 13AS-n-0>9AS-n-0>16AS-n-0. The emulsive stability is relevant to the initial interfacial tension, which the initial interfacial tension is more lower, the emulsive stability is more better. The relativity between emulsive stability and dynamic balanced interfacial tension is not good.
