SopHora Flaverscens Ait is one kind of the most ancient and commonly-used Chinese herbal medicine, which contains more than 20 species of alkaloid. The alkaloid in SFA widely exists in those leguminous plant such as, SopHora Alopecuroides Linn, SopHora Flaverscens Ait and Radix SopHorae tonkinensis, which are a series of alkaloid of similar chemistry texture. In recent years, it is found that the alkaloid in SFA not only has an effect on anti-cancer, cancer restraining, controlling and exterminating various kinds of microbe, but also has an extensive pHarmacological effect on immunologic system, nervous system and cardiovascular system.Thus, no matter the domestic medicament circle or abroad have been attaching great importance to the extraction and separation, they are excavating actively its extensive market potential.This research is about how we can extract alkaloid from SFA, separation identification plus its assaying. We can separate alkaloid by means of quenching, condense inspissation, recycle, extraction and separation through chemistry method. We can learn from TLC that the main ingredients are Matrine, N-axymatrine, SopHoridine etc. Through HPLC to the content mensuration, we can make sure its industrial production feasibility and manufactured route by magnifying research.The extraction percentage of each other is 77.95% and 68.18% through those two methods: menstruum extraction and hydronium exchange. A series of optimized design can provide us a kind of easy-operated, high-efficiency and recyclable extraction method, what extraction rate is 85.04% one time. Through the magnifying experiment, the optimized design is feasible.The disadvantage of menstruum extraction and hydronium exchange are complicated, low-efficiency and inconvenient to industrialization even though they can extract Matrine and N-oxymatrine the same time. Through a series of optimized plan we create a new technics, which is easy-operated, high-extracted and low-cost, and will bring beneficial to industrial production.
