Mechanism Analysis Of The Wire Rope Pumping Rod String In Little Inclined Hole

Pumping rod is the key component of the rod pumping system. With the material of special wire rope, wire rope continuous pumping rod is a continuous special pumping rod without collar which has the advantages of flexibility, continuity, light weight and high strength. It can also be used to solve some problems difficult to overcome, such as: thread off, piston effect, long work time, large friction resistance, and so on. At present, because of the lack of perfect theory for guiding the application of the wire rope pumping rod as well as its matching equipments and tools, it can not be widely used.Based on the previous theoretical study, in this thesis the stress condition of the wire rope pumping rod string is analyzed when it is working in little inclined hole and the wire rope pumping rod string is designed. By using the software of ADAMS, the condition of the wire rope pumping rod string is simulated when it is working in the large curvature radius section of the well hole's trajectory. According to the result, the further research on how to install the centralizer in the large curvature radius section of the well hole's trajectory and reduce friction of the wire rope are presented. At last, on the basis of summarizing and analyzing the actual application of each kind of pumping rod centralizers, the design requirements of the wire rope pumping rod's centralizer are put forward and a set of centralizer is designed which is fit for the wire rope pumping rod string. The force analysis, research methods and related design have some guiding significance on the application of the wire rope pumping rod when it is used in large inclined hole or the large curvature section of the well hole's trajectory. It will also widen application scope and fully embody advantages of the wire rope pumping rod.
