Two saxiocolous mosses (Hypnum Plumaeforme. and Haplocladium microphyllum (Hedw.) Broth.) in the three different regions of Lushan (different altitudes and different scenery), Nanchang (Nanchang plant, Torche garden, Jiangxi normal university, Jiangxi university of finance and economics, Nanchang Institute of technology, People's Park, Bean sprouts Lane), Wucheng (Lake Ting Wang, Aviary Park) were used to study the changes of heavy metal (Cu,Pb,Cr,Mn,Zn and Cd) and the changes of chlorophyll content in the bodies of two polluted endured mosses under different space. The results of experiment showed that from Wucheng,Lushan to Nanchang, the contents of heavy metal in the bodies of two saxiocolous mosses had an increasing tendency. This showed that air pollution became serious. By the principal analysis on the content of heavy metal in the body of Hypnum Plumaeforme under different height in Lushan ,under low belt of 1400m. Heavy metal in the body of Hypnum Plumaeforme was associated with altitude, wind speed, slope inclination, structure of rock and net primary production (NPP). Therefore, heavy metal contents in the body of Hypnum Plumaeforme is different. In three regions, the content of heavy metal in the body of mosses had a gap in different spot, indicating air pollution had a spatial gap in the same region. The experiment results show that the same moss samples, Unwashed moss in the heavy metal content was significantly higher than that of the samples which had been washed. In general, heavy metal in the body of moss became higher under different space, the total chlorophyll, contents of chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b were all obviously decreased. A negative correlation from heavy metal(Cu,Pb,Cr,Cd,Mn) and chlorophyll content and Some showed significant and highly significant negative correlation; Only did Zn show a weak positive correlation. So Zn contents had not yet reached the growth of moss stress level. With air pollution grade become deeper, chlorophyll in the fall. Factors of affecting the synthesis of chlorophyll in the moss body, in addition to the extent of the impact of air pollution, Which had also been visible illumination, air humidity and growing height, resulting in a number of regional differences. Analysis of the change of heavy metal and chlorophyll content in moss under different air level which is used to provided a bio-indication by the extent of environment pollution.
