Wastewater recycling is requirement of realizing sustainable development of water resource in China. It is an effective way to solve water resouce crisis both in cities and countryside. Yanzhou is situated in the upriver area to the Nansi Lake, which is regulation and storage area of South-to-North water transfer project .It is important and exigent to reducing drainage of wastwater and realize wastewater utilization. Realizing wastewater Recycling to the maximum degree is the central question of this paper.We have made complete investigation on wate using of Yanzhou and SUN Paper Company and collection, disposal and utilization of wasterwater. We have also made investigation on present exploitation and utilization situation of water resouce, present situation of water supply and need, present situation of river and water conservancy establishment. Follow the stratage guideline of sustainable development and accelerating health circle of water resource, this paper discussed necessity and feasibility of wastewater utilization project of Yanzhou. This paper brought forward some measures for wastewater utilization project of Yanzhou and gave reliable references for implementing of the project. By analysing and studying technology and engineering problems such as serving object, water quality requirement, operation and administration mode during the process of wastwater recycling, this paper will provide other cities and companies with references.Result of the research by this paper shows that wastwater recycling engineering of Yanzhou is feasible. When the secondary effluent of wastwater treatment plant has been disposed by lagoon wetland and Yangjia river sluice wetland, the disposed water is pumped to Sihe river and northern water deficiency area by pipeline to meet need of irrigation. Also it satisfies need of two banks and pipeline area. Scale of wastwater recycling project is 80,000 m~3/d. The project will reforme 450 mu lagoon wetland and harness 8.7km of Yangjia river channel. The project needs constructing 18.36km water supply pipeline and 2 new pumping stations. Total investment is 64,899,200 yuan.In order to realize wastwater recycling project of Yanzhou, pertinent departments should refine management system, unify supervision, establish feasible layout plan and approaches.
