In this thesis, stress sensitivity is a study object in gas reservoir. By integrate experiment study with theory study; integrate rock mechanics, fluid mechanics, gas reservoir engineering with numerical reservoir simulation, a full stress sensibility theory of gas reservoir has been founded, and the relevant example study has been done for the low permeability gas reservoir.Terzaghi effective stress and double effective stress are introduced from the point of the deformation mechanism of porous media. Because of the stress sensitivity phenomenon been notable in low permeability gas reservoir, the thesis units experiments to research the stress sensitivity of rock compressibility, permeability and porosity. Moreover, relevant functions are employed to regress and match at the base of mass experimental data and expressions of high coefficient of correlation are obtained. Finally, the thesis respectively combines the two effective stress to do relevant evaluation of stress sensibility.Deliverability calculation equation considering stress sensibility of permeability and the variable relational expressions of permeability and pressure are developed at the point of gas reservoir. Then the producing effect of single well is proceeded to do the comprehensive evaluation at the example of some low permeability gas reservoir. On the other aspect, based on the basic theory of conventional multi-component model, the thesis selectively deducts filtering differential equation considering stress sensibility of permeability and its difference equations are built up. Finally the resolution approach is given simultaneously.Based on the component model of considering stress sensibility, the thesis does the example analysis of numerical simulation using three single wells of some gas reservoir. The experimental data of six lifting and six reducing internal pressure is using to compare the effect of single well production when the stress sensibility is been considered. From the results of intermittent and waving producing, the effect of stress sensibility on the development of reservoir is not neglected.
