Study The Purification System And The Contamination Evaluation On Engine Running-in Oil

Running-in oil is very important for improving running-in quality of engine and shorting running-in time. During engine running-in, it will generate a lot of waste running-in oil. Therefore, It is extremely important to carry on the appraisal of contamination and study on the purification systemWe have analysed the importance of the main contamination and established the contamination level of engine running-in oil degree appraisal methods by means of mathematical analysis. Basing on the results of analysis, we have studied the purified key technologies and established the purification system of engine running-in oil.The main tasks of this paper are as follows:1.Analyses the origin and danger of the pollution of engine running-in oil.2.Detects the physical and chemical indexs of running-in oil in three pieces of product lines about engine running-in of one power equipment manufacture Ltd.3.Identifies the main contamination of engine running-in oil by means of employing entropy coefficient.4.Fuzzy comperhensive evauation is improved on the basis of bringing in the concept of illegibility value as well as entropy coefficient and gray relation analysis. It has been used to establish the contamination level of engine running-in oil degree appraisal method.5.Puts forward the purification technology according to the qurified requres of mechanical impurities, oxidation, thermolytic matter, water corroding, dilution of fuel oil.6.Employes the FLUENT to carry on the simulation of the single fuel tank internal recycling fat liquor purification way fluid solid flow field, It appears the phenomena of the short circuit channel in the flow field and returns mixes and so on. During the purifying engine running-in oil, we should substitute the contamination tank and purificaion tank for the single fuel tank.7.According to the contamination of engine running-in oil, it designs three purified programs, and establishes the purification system of engine running-in oil, then put them into applical test.This evaluation motheod not only benefits the science and technology in related fields theoretically, but it can be applied to some actual projects. Based on the evaluation, this purification system of engine running-in oil widespread value of application.
