Nowadays, food industry had developed to be a big industry. With the purpose of improving the level of cooking, an automatic cooker which can realize the automatic cooking and the long-distance cooking was designed. The cooker can make delicious food by imitating cook's actions. In this thesis, the realizable projects and designing process of AIC(Artificial Intelligent Cooker) have researched deeply, and then emphasized the appliance of optimizing method in the framework design of cooking tools and cooking pans.The relevant status in automatic cooker was analyzed and some technical requests in the design of automatic cooker had studied. Cooking actions were discomposed by thinking of cooking technics. Some frameworks that can finish these actions were designed and then combined them to a compound framework. The advantages and disadvantages of every framework were analyzed and then the best project was selected.The mathematics module for the best project selected was created and optimize some parameters. Many kinematics characters were gained by changing some characteristic parameters in the visible program designed for the framework, and then you can choose the best results base on experience and some requests for design. With the help of the CAD software of Solidworks, the project can be modeled and imitated, then many characters such as displacement, velocity and acceleration can be exported for further selection. These dataum can offer the bases to the structural optimization design of the practical machine.The project of modularizing programme was used to design the controlling program. Every cooking action was embeded in a programming module in order to be applied more easily by the PC and PLC(Programmable Logical Controller). The key research is the designing process of the control program.
