So, inorder to resume and balance the ecosystem in this area, the optimization ofregulate and control research between population and soil is a work of greatimportance.Characteristics of the research area is consistence with the agricultureand animal husbandry intersecting area in keerqin The administration villagewhich has this typical sample is the ideal unit to research the population andsoil relationship region system, the population and soil relationship regionsystem research based on this microcosmic angle could reveal the essence ofthe thing's development and ultimately explore the regulate and controlmeasures to optimize the population and soil relationship. Exploring from the microcosmic point of view,depending on the research data that obtains on the spot, remote-sensing dataand statistical data, taking Muzi administration mountainous village whichhas the typical characteristic of population and soil relationship in Keerqinsand agriculture and animal husbandry intersecting area as the carrier, thearticle gets following conclusion after conducting detailed and accurateanalysis to this typical area through many research methods such as:qualitative analysis, population and soil relation differentiation analysis andpopulation and soil systematic development SPSS crossing analysis:1. Research area natural system factors indicate that they are short ofresources, have a high frequency of natural disaster and low-competence infighting with the disaster; Natural system ability is weakening little by little;plow land takes a fluctuating change, grassland proportion is reducing,meadow area is decreasing, forest area is increasing rapidly, desertificationarea is diminishing fast, degree of soil comprehensive utility is improving.2. Research area social economic factors show that the total population isreducing, labor force is transferring from the first industry to second and thirdindustry slowly, labor force is mainly in the first industry; A large number ofpopulation flows to work, so to some extent it relieves the burden of the soil;Average income of the peasant and herdsman is very low, they live poor lives,labor force and productivity are very low; culture education standard fallsbehind, overall educational level of the labor is low, illiterate andsemi-illiterate take a very high proportion, controlling force and theadjustment of the government is relatively weak.3. Making use of population and soil coordination degree model,qualitatively assessing population and soil relationship comprehensivecoordination degree condition, the following conclusions are reached: Development potential of the natural system is in a good condition,development productiveness, social economic system coordination degree anddevelopment control is in an average level, development standard is in a badstatus, population and soil coordination degree is basic in an inharmoniousstate.4. (3) To optimize natural ecological improvementmeasure of the research through artificial regulate and control towards waterresource and traffic.
