Chemiluminescence analysis is a new analytical method which has been developed in 20 years.It has wide linear,high sensitivity and simple instrument.The method has been widely used while the chemLuminometers were developed and invited in recently years.People need a fast and nicety method to test the pesticide residue in vegetable everyday which they must eat.So this paper uses the chemiluminescence analysis method in the field of testing pesticide residue in vegetable and try to find a fast and nicety method to test the pesticide residue in vegetable.The paper has two parts.The first reviewed the testing status quo in the fields of pesticide residue in foods and the development of chemiluminescence application in food testing.The other is research reports.It mainly includes the following four parts:1.The Development of YN-FGI Instant Static Injection Chemiluminescence AnalyzerBecause of the stability of the Instant Static Chemiluminescence Analyzer is bad,we have developped a new chemiluminescence analyaer,its key characteristics are same of the flow injection chemiluminescence analyzer or beter than it.The RSD is less than 2.0%.2.Determination of Dichlorvos in Vegetable by Luminol-1-H2O2 Chemiluminescence SystemThe trichlorfon can enhance the chemiluminescence intensity of Luminol-H-2O2 chemiluminescence system in base condition.It is linear between the enhanced intensity and the concentration of dichlorvos in solution in given range.So it found a new method to test the dichlorvos n in vegetable.The linear rang of calibration curve for trichlorfon is 0.04mg/kg~0.21mg/kg with the detection limit of 1.7×10-8mg/kg.The recovery range is 96.9%~102.1%.The precision is RSD≤1.8% (n=5).The time of the whole testing course is less than 1.5 hours.3.Determination of Methamidophos in Vegetable by Luminol—KMnO4 Chemiluminescence SystemThe methamidophos can reduce the chemiluminescence intensity of Luminol—KMnO4 chemiluminescence system in base condition.It is linear between the reduced intensity and the concentration of methamidophos in solution in given range.So it found a new method to test the methamidophos in vegetable.The linear rang of calibration curve for methamidophos is 0.008mg/kg~0.056mg/kg with the detection limit of 2.0×10-9mg/kg.The recovery range is 98.8%~103.1%.The precision is RSD≤2.1%(n=5).The time of the whole testing course is less than 2.0 hours.4.Determination of Cypermethrin in Vegetable by Luminol—KMnO4 Chemiluminescence SystemThe cypermethrin can reduce the chemiluminescence intensity of Luminol—KMnO4 chemiluminescence system in base condition.It is linear between the reduced intensity and the concentration of cypermethrin in solution in given range.So it found a new method to test the cypermethrin in vegetable.The linear rang of calibration curve for cypermethrin is 0.01mg/kg~0.12mg/kg with the detection limit of 1.0×10-8mg/kg.The recovery range is105.0%~110.0%.The precision is RSD≤2.9% (n=5).The time of the whole testing course is less than 1.5 hours.5.Determination of Omethoate in Vegetable by Luminol—KMnO4 Chemiluminescence SystemThe omethoate can reduce the chemiluminescence intensity of Luminol—KMnO4 chemiluminescence system in base condition.It is linear between the reduced intensity and the concentration of omethoate in solution in given range.So it found a new method to test the omethoate in vegetable.The linear rang of calibration curve for omethoate is 0.032mg/kg~0.20mg/kg with the detection limit of 1.8×10-8mg/kg.The recovery range is 94.8%~103.1%.The precision is RSD≤2.6% (n=5).The time of the whole testing course is less than 2.0 hours.
