This topic takes the national "863" and "948" high tech-scientific research item as a backing, and is under the support of province attack project. I have comprehensively and systematically collected domestic and foreign research materials of flash pyrolysis and liquefaction technology for biomass and have carried on deeply study and reach. After understood and grasped the base principle of biomass pyrolysis and liquefaction I put more attention to study the thought and method to design the main reactor of rotating cone flash pyrolysis and liquefaction. Through carefully study and research I design a 600 kg/h middle prototype, machieved the goal that promoting the technology of pyrolysis and liquefaction for biomass.This article briefly introduces the technical process and the expulsion system of biomass pyrolysis firstly. Then this article narrated emphatically the design method of the main reactor, including research the spiral feeding machine's design thought, method and the detailed calculation process. From main reaction handling ability obtaining, the research including feeding orifice size of the main reaction, speed of the rotating cone as well as three rotating cone's structure and the distance of each other which have influence to main reaction's handling ability. Analysis the structure of reactor designed before, and the sand backflow structure's characteristic and it's insufficiency. I design a new type which is easy to disassemble called part reflection backflow heat-carrying agent ring. It's solute the question which partial heat-carrying agent backflow participates in the response once more effectively and reasonably. I study the distribution of heat-carrying agent pipeline beforehand, give the new distributed form. Making the detailed design and the computation for the awl's power dissipation of this installment. I has carried on the analysis to the main reaction's main axle, design a new thing main axle, and carries on the stress analysis and the examination. Research main reaction's cyclone separator's principle as well as the structure, gives the detailed computation. I analysis the condensing works of the rotating cone flash pyrolysis and liquefaction reactor and it's condensation principle, and give the conception of two levels of condensations and the design mentality, and give the diagram of mechanism and the correlation computation.The rotating cone flash pyrolysis and liquefaction reactor for biomass is a new unit that can change the little biomass grain into bio-oil. This installment has the merit that: Its structur(?) is compact and reasonable, Its energy consumption is small, and Its efficiency is high, It is easy to manufacture as well as disassemblage and maintenance. This article will provide a model and reference for the next biomass pyrolysis and liquefication research.
