In this paper,theoretical analysis is conducted on the principle of arc spraying process,based on the current state and development of arc spraying technology at home and aboard.Mathematical model of air-mileage is created through studying droplet dynamics on arc spraying processERNiCu-7 coating is produced by supersonic velocity electric arc spraying technology on the chemical reactor.Optimum process parameters optimized by orthogonal experimental design are acquired following the principle of arc spraying process.Combination mechanism and corrosion resistant mechanism of Al,Zn,316 non-corrosive steel and ERNiCu-7 coatings prepared by arc spraying process are studied,which provides the theoretical basis for the extensive application of the process optimized and coatings with corrosion resistance.The different matching level of the spraying craft parameter combines the influence of the intensity,hardness,hole rate on the coating differently,so obtained the combined intensity,high hardness and low hole rate of the coating, the matching of every factor level is different.Using electrochemical workstation measure the steady polarizationg curves and Tafel slope of supersonic arc spray coating Al,Zn,316 non-corrosive steel and ERNiCu-7 in H2SO4 solution of 60 percent.The microstructure is investigated by metallographic microscope and X-ray diffraction before and after corrosion.ERNiCu-7 among the four coating is the most proper material to spray.
