As a kind of simple organic macromolecules,Cyclodextrin can include a very broad scope of the object.Such as,organic molecules,inorganic ions,complexes and even rare gases,host-guest complexs are formed by the molecular interaction of themselves.In recent years,the study of cyclodextrin has made many achievements in various fields.It plays an important reference in the development of plant,drug resources,analysis reagent.Due to the unique skeleton structure and extensive physiological activity,chromones occupies a very important position in life sciences.In the denaturation study of chromones,people found that the heterocyclic chromones compounds,especially the 3-heterocyclic chromones have strong inhibition of cancer cell's proliferation,anti-bacterial,anti-viral, antilipemic,and good effects of lowering blood glucose. The import of 3-formyl group which made chromones with activity group,and become an important class of organic synthesis intermediate.Benzothiazolyl derivatives are increasingly being synthesized and widely used in medicine and other fields.However,such compounds are almost insoluble in water,it impacts practical application.Included byβ-cyclodextrin (β-CD),The solubility of insoluble compounds and also its bio-availability and stability can be increased,Therefore we made an series of 3-formylchromo nes inclusion complexes,and used IR,UV spectra,fluorescence spectrometry and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy for the study of their inclusion complexes.The major accomplishments and innovations of this treatise:1 A series of 3-formyl chromones-β-CD inclusion complexes were prepared by the saturated aqueous solution method. IR spectrum proved the formation of inclusion complexes, Phase solubility method analyzed the molar ratio, the solubility of sample has been improved obviously..2 (3'-acetyl--5'-p-chlorbenzyl-2',3'-2H-1',3',4'-oxadiazol-2-yl)-6-methyl-3-Formacylchromone was prepared by the saturated aqueous solution method. IR spectrum proved the formation of inclusion complexes, Phase solubility method analyzed the molar ratio, the solubility of sample has been improved obviously..3 2-Aminobenzothiazol was prepared by the saturated aqueous solution method. The formation of inclusion complexes was proved by IR spectrum, the molar ratio was analyzed by fluorescence spectrophotometric method, the solubility of sample has been improved obviously.
