The Fischer-Tropsch (F-T) synthesis converts synthesis gas into a multicomponent mixture predominantly of hydrocarbons has been one of the important topics especially in the catalysis and engineering field. The Fischer-Tropsch synthesis in slurry bubble column reactors (SBCR) is very attractive relative to fixed bed reactors, especially for easing of heat removal for this exothermic reaction. The fuels produced with F-T synthesis are of high quality and are environmentally clean in comparison to conventional crude oil derived fuels because of low aromaticity and zero sulfur content.We made the six kinds of catalysts which have different components according to the experimental drugs analysed accurately. The catalyst samples were characterized by BET, XRD , SEM methods. The F-T synthesis performance of the catalysts were carried out in a slurry bed reactor under reaction conditions of 260-280℃, 0.50-0.90MPa,and H2/CO=2/1 for a same time, and the liquid fuel can be get.The conclusion of this article are as follows:(1) the pre-disposition To catalysts shows that condition of pre-disposition take a great influence On catalysta'lifespan and activity, their stability depends geatly on reduction temperature and material. The experiment also make comparisions between pure H2,prue CO , pure H2 followed by prue CO,or vice versa,to select best reduction gas for catalyst,that is higly pure hydrogen.(2) According to the analysis of t gas chromatography the composition and distribution and productivity of product. By comparisons among products of different atalysts .With the same conditions ,there are prepared catalysts,they are I, II, III. Resoectively,in which II based on ferric iron as material is superior to with ferrous sulfate as material in experimental effect,because of long semi-diameter, ferrous sulfate causes tobe at external part of making dad selective towards prodution.whereas with short semi-diameter , ferric iron . Coule enter the external part of makig comparatively good selective towards prodution for the sake of experimental purpose. According to results of chromatography analysis,all the affecting factors in F-T synthesis of catalyst towards the affecting degree of reaction are made,in order to fix the best reaction condition.(3) By comparing II, III catalysts,the conclusion that K promoter added in catalyst takes part in FT synthesis and produce hydrocarbon mainly with comparatively low carbon chain,while catalyst without K promoter produces relatively high carbon chain is made .As well, the productivity of such kind of catalyst is obviously higher than that of catalyst without K promoter. That is to say ,the join of K promoter actually improves activity of FT reaction.(4) By analysizing XRD graphs of catalysts,we can conclude that cocurrent fiow manipulation is more adjacent to standard layered clay fabric.
