As our counyry's economy high speed development, the level of urbanized and the quality of life continuous increase, the city life trash output grows day by day.The massive garbage is be open-air or treated with simple landfill, so it produces landfill leachate cause the severe pollution of soil.The bioremediation is one kind of government technology with highly active and low expense.Studies on the biodegradation of polluted soil by microorganisms are hotspots today. The paper has emphasis studied the biodegradation of landfill leachate polluted soil in a different way.In the paper, according to the feature of activated sludge process which can treat landfill leachate and the theory of in-situ bioremediation, I study the bioremediation of the pollution in the soil, but also did a series of experiments to study the optimizing of the condition. This experiment point out: the activated sludge which be acclimated by polluted soil's leach, also have the ability to degrade organic pollution of landfill leachate in the soil. In the experiment of optimizing condition,we discoveried that temperature at 25℃left-right, PH range at 6.5-7.5, the effect of renovation is optimal, in 25 days, its degradation efficiency was proved to be 61.8% and 50.2%. In the accretion experiment, add some N P with properly mixture ratio can promote the renovation effect, furthermore, while N: P=5: 1, the effect of renovation is optimal, the degradation rate of organic pollution reached 59.6%; the adding of non-ionic surface active agent(LAE) can promote the renovation effect, the adding of cation surface-active(CTAB) also have general effect, the adding of anion surface-active(SDS) may restrain the bioremediation . The adding of water can promote the renovation effect; water-soil rate too high, to promote renovation effect; In the experiment of adding electron acceptor and electron donor, it point out adding sodium salt and Fe2+ Al3+ may restrain the bioremediation, the adding of H2O2, when its weight / soil's weight *100%=1%-5%, organic pollution degradateion rate have obvious increase. In the realistic simulation experiment, we discovered that adding active sludge in natural cycle also can promote the renovation effect.
