As the Polymer flooding technology being used widely in Daqing Olifield, for the reason of enhancing the oil exploitation ratio, ASP (alkaline, surfactant and polymer) flooding has been tested in recent years and got better oil exploitation effect. The produced water which was made by crude oil dehydration containing polymer(HPAM), alkaline and surfactant, brought many technique problems in the water treatment process system, this made the polymer flooding and water flooding water treatment technologies difficult to suit to the disposal requirement of the special water. The developed experiment research indicated that: because of the surfactant, the semidiameter of the oil droplets in the ASP flooding is much smaller than that in polymer flooding, and the stability of the oil droplets is higher than that in polymer flooding, The viscosity and combine difficulty of the oil droplets increased, and all the changes of speciality resulted in the increased difficulty in the ASP flooding produced water disposal.Aiming at improving the qualities of the oily water treatment facilities in Daqing Oilfield, this report focused on the following subjects: (â…°)according to the local ASP flooding produced oily water in different period, tested compositions, emulsification degree, oil/water interface properties and separation speciality. (â…±)analyzed stability influences of the domestic produced surfactant in ASP flooding produced oily water.(â…²)showed up the main reasons of the ASP flooding produced oily water stability in Daqing Oilfield. (â…³)developed physical and chemical methods to do research on the separation process and established effective separation methods of ASP flooding produced oily water. Some major contents of this research are listed as follow:1. Analyzed how alkaline, surfactant, polymer, filtration impurity and filthy matters to the infection of oil/water separation, and figured out the main reasons of the ASP flooding produced oily water stability.2. Analyzed the effect rule of alkaline, surfactant and polymer to water phase rheology property in produced oily water, and tested Zeta potential in oil/water interface.3. Analyzed the compositions of suspended solid in ASP flooding produced oily water, and tested the influence of mental ions, acid, alkaline, chelated reagent and gas on the suspended solid content.4. Developed physical and chemical methods to do research on the separation process and established effective separation methods of ASP flooding produced oily water.
