Eutrophication of water is one of global problems. Different treated measures have been taken as for different degree eutrophication water in the domestic and foreign countries. Utilization of aquatic plant to treat eutrophication is gradually received public attention, due to its favorable purge efficiency , unique economic benefit, low energy exhaustion and the advantage of rebuilding and rehabilitating biogeocenose. The resumption of aquatic plant in the polluted water environment was affected by many factor, especially the growth of submerged macrophyte. How to select plant species, how to increase living rate of the plant species in the polluted water environment and how to optimize the botany community remain problems unsettled. Potamogeton crispus which is charactered by pollution tolerance, quick and multiple propagation modes, remaining with Potamogetonaceae, is a sort of perennial, submerged and herbaceous plant. In this article, The auther investigated the effect of different dim lights on the develop and propagation of Potamogeton crispus and compared the diversity of Potamogeton crispus trophic tissues under different dim lights by anatomical observation, learning how the plant configuration adapted to dim light. The contents of chlorophyll, the activity of CAT, POD and electrical conductivity how to change and discussed how Potamogeton crispus adapted to dim light from physiological angle; the photosynthesis characteristic of Potamogeton crispus was understood under different dim lights by measurement of photosynthesis parameter. The results were following:Germination and seedlings' growth of Potamogeton crispus under different matrix and light and leaf photosynthesis under different light intensity were investigated using in-door experiments. The results showed the rate of germination and seedling increased with light and without matrix. The growth of roots was promoted by matrix. On the contrary, the light couldn't promote the growth of roots. The length of internodes was obviously longer without light than the length with light. Treated with dark, the osmosis of plasma...
