Therefore the measurement of technologic parameter of spot welding is a important aspect in practical welding manufacture.There are many process parameters in spot welding such as current, voltage, dynamic resistance, pressure, electrode displacement, their diversification have a consanguineous relation to the quality of welding spot, which can reflect the shape process of welding spot and be used as the gist of quality. Practice proves up to the hilt, it's difficult to reflect the shape process of welding spot synthetically with a single parameter measurement. The development of multi-parameter measurement will be main force in spot welding measurement technology, which can settle the insufficiency of single parameter measurement and use the quality information synthetically offered by various parameters.
