Super molecule chemistry is to develop a realm more quickly in the chemistry subject. The super molecule chemistry is that small molecule units have assembled big molecule with non-covalent bond by themselves. Its self-assembled process is driven by weak, reversible and non-covalent interaction forces such as hydrogen bonds, aromatic ringπ-πpiled up and polarity, and van der Waals force. The big molecules forces for gaining were different from the structure and chemistry characteristics of constituting their parts.Cup aromatic substancestert-butyl calix arenemay produce high identification ability with various metals ion or small molecule bottom for the non-covalent interaction of the hydrogen bonds or van der Waals forces between host and guest body. And it becomes super molecule compound as a result, and displays various characteristic of typical super molecule chemistry.This text describes that tert-butyl calix [6]arene /12-Tungstic(molybdic) Phospho Heteropolyacid Supermolecular was synthesized with self-identified and self-assembled method. For the chemical element analysis, IR, 1H NMR, 31P NMR, the structure of the clathrate compound was confirmed initially.This text describes that the coordination compound constituted by [RE(H4L)(DMF)4(OH)]·H6L和[RE(H6L′)(NO3)(DMF)4]·2DMF (RE=La,Sm,Tb;H4L is the H6L of ionizing two H+;H6L′is the H8L′of ionizing two H+) was synthesized bytert-butyl calix[6] arene(H6L) and tert-butyl calix[8] arene(H8L′)as the host body and rare-earth salt as the guest body. It studied the bacteriostasis activity of these coordination compounds for the Rhizoctonia solai Kuhn and Fusarium oxyporum Schlecht of Rhodiola sachalinen A.Bor And the bacteriostasis activity of these coordination compounds for two kinds of fungis was displayed. Their concentration was more higher and their ability was more stronger, and cup [8] aromatic's ability is stronger than cup [6] aromatic's.
