Shortage of food and absence of nutrition becoming the biggest problem of the world with the Increase of population. One of realism measure is try our best to lessen loss that account for 30% of the general illness,insect and grass.Pesticide is foundation to realize the measure.However,the makeup of the pesticides in China is not so satisfactory.Insecticides occupy too large proportion and herbicides need to be greatly developed.At the same time ,too many high toxin or activity breeds,which will be washed out,are still produced.Furthermore the pesticides made in China are almost those having been developed abroad previously.Chinese companies lack new kinds with its own intellectual property rights.Inthepaper,3-[4-chloro-5-(cyclopentyloxy)-2-fluorophenyl]-5-(l-methylethylidene)-l,3-oxazolidine-2,4-dione(KPP-314) is used as models to creat novel herbicide, l-fluoro-2-isocyan atobenzene; 1 -chloro-5-fluoro-4-isocyanato-2-[(2-methylprop-2-en-1 -yl)oxy]benzene;7-chloro -5-fluoro-4-isocyanato-2,2-dimethyl-2,3-dihydro-1 -benzofuran;4-chloro-2-fluoro-1 -isocyanat obenzene;methyl[(2-chloro-4-fluoro-5-isocyanatophenyl)acrylate are synthesized.Finally.eight objective compounds are synthesized. Five compounds of these are not reported in literatu.All structures are identified through MS and H-NMR. Two of these have high herbicidal activity on most ruderal.In the paper,the compound are applied patent and the bureau of patent impower them.The patent number is ZL021283125.
