Ultrasonics sonochemistry is also called sound chemistry, it is a newly cross chemistry about speed-up chemical reaction, increasing reaction yield under ultrasound. Many chemical workers were interested in the newly research approved that ultrasound could not only improve reaction conditions, but also could speed-up reaction and increase chemical yield.Pyrazole derivatives represent important class of compounds not only for their theoretical interest but also for their biological activities and because they can constitute the skeleton of dyestuffs and polymers. Likewise, pyrazole derivatives have had applications in drug synthesis as antihyperglycemic, antitumour agents, angiotensin antagonists and for the preparation of combinatorial libraries. Furthermore, isoxazole, thiosemicarbazide and benzothiazole derivatives have received considerable attention over the past years due to their wide range of anti-inflammatory, sterilization, anti-HIV, anti-convulsion etc. In order to realize combination of multiform active ingredients, we designed and have synthesized a series of novel pyrazole derivatives which containing isoxazole ring systems, thiosemicarbazide and benzothiazole structure through 1, 3-dipolar cycloaddition reaction. These kinds of compounds have wided applicative prospect of pyrazole derivatives. It extended the research field of such compounds and provided abundant leading compounds for later selecting work of effective drugs.This thesis consists of two major parts:The first part is about literature review. The progress in application and synthesis of ultrasonic chemistry and pyrazole derivatives; the development in the theory of Diels-Alder and 1,3-dipolar addition reaction.The second part is about experimental content. Major work as follows: 1. Synthesis of novel N-substituted benzothiazol-2-yl-amino-N'-substituted pyrazol-4-yl-carbon- ylthiourea under ultrasonic wave; 2.
