Two parts are included in this thesis. The first part involves the generally situation of electrochemiluminescence(ECL), such as development, principle, the analytical application of the chemically modified electrode in ECL and its application in pharmaceutical analysis. In the second part we mainly focused on the study of the pharmaceutical analysis based on the increasing effect of some drug on Ru(bpy)32+ electrogenerated chemiluminescence system.Electrochemiluminescent(ECL) is the luminescence generated by relaxation of exited state molecules that are produced during an electrochemically initiated reaction and the intensity of ECL was measured by photomultiplier tube(PMT) or other optic instruments. It has been proved as a powerful analytical tool that combined the simplicity of electrochemistry and the inherent sensitivity and wide linear range of chemiluminescence(CL) method. Comparision with other modes, ECL detection offers lower background noise, simplicity and inexpensive instrumentation. The luminol-based ECL phenomenon was firstly observed by Harvey in 1929, but it developed very slowly until 1970s, especially in 1980s. As the development of instrumentation and electrode materials, the electrochemiluminescent(ECL) developed quickly in 1990s.It has emerged as a powerful analytical technique for the detection and quantification of chemical, biochemical and biological substances.Chemically modified electrodes are also useful in electroanalysis and electrocatalysis. It relays on the placement of a reagent onto the surface of it, to impart the behavior of that regent to the modified surface.Combining the chemically modified electrodes and electrochemiluminescent can enlarge the analytic range of electrochemiluminescent. Two parts were contained in our research. Firstly, we mainly focused on determining some drug in urine on Ru(bpy)32+ electrogenerated chemiluminescence system. The major content was described as follows:1. This paper described a Ru(bpy)32+ based electrochemiluminescence(ECL) method to determine benproperine phosphate in human urine in Na2CO3-NaHCO3 aqueous solution at a glass carbon electrode(GCE). Under the selecting experimental...
