It is the method of directly esterification that have synthesized mixed alcoholic ester of citric acid and eighteen alcoholic ester of citric acid. Synthetical technics conditions of mixed alcoholic ester of citric acid and eighteen alcoholic ester of citric acid were studied particularly by the guideline of esterified-rate and emulsificated-power. The fact could be supported by the following two aspects:By the guideline of esterified-rate, The optimal Synthetical technics conditions of mixed alcoholic ester of citric acid is temperature 135℃, time 2.5h, mixed proportion 1:3; The optimal Synthetical technics conditions of eighteen alcoholic ester of citric acid is temperature 120℃ time 2.0h, mixed proportion 1:3.By the guideline of emulsificated-power, The optimal Synthetical technics conditions of mixed alcoholic ester of citric acid is temperature 120℃, time 2.0h, mixed proportion 1:1; The optimal Synthetical technics conditions of eighteen alcoholic ester of citric acid is temperature 140℃, time 1.5h, mixed proportion 1:1.In this paper it is studied particularly that synthesis, application and load of many catalysts, whose activities, advantages and disadvantages were compared, as well as carrier and load of many catalysts. By compared, silicon-tungsten acid and active carbon loading on silicon-tungsten acid are preferable catalyst with the guideline of esterified-rate; with the guideline of emulsificated-power; methylic-phenyl-sulfonic acid and active carbon loading on silicon-tungsten acid are preferable catalyst.It is studied particularly that the character of the mixed alcoholic ester of citric acid, especially the characters that are part of the whole aspects as surfactant, it is proved that citric acid ester is a preferable emulsion, wetting agent, dispersant.Esterifying reaction kinetics is also studied in this paper, the mechanism of esterifying reaction is discussed, including the reactive orders, velocity-constant , velocity-equation , the relation of temperature and velocity-constant. By calculating, the apparent living energy is 54.6322 kJ.mol-1 , the factor is 5.1071×l05, the reactive order is 2.
