Study On Heavy Metals Pollution Of Apple Orchards Soil In The Major Apple Production Area Of Shaanxi

The problem of soil heavy metals pollution caused by wasters and material in industry and agriculture are more severe than before with fast development of agriculture&industry. Soil heavy metals pollution can bring about deterioration of soil fertilizer, reduce the quality and yield of agricultural products, accelerate deterioration of water environment , and endanger human healthy by food link in the end. The improvement of food sanitation is requested continuously. No-harmful and green food is more popular. Now the environment quality of production area of agricultural products has been a study hotspot.Shaanxi province is one of the major apple production provinces in China. The contents of soil heavy metals of apple orchards were monitored and environment quality of the major apple production area was evaluated. In order to offer scientific foundation for improving the environment quality of no-harmful apple production area and producing safe topquality apple, basic reasons of heavy metals pollution of apple orchards soil were studied on agricultural measure and traffic.The result of test showed:(1)The average value of the single-item pollution index of the soil heavy metals Cd, Cr, Cu, Pb, Hg, As in the major apple production area were 0.20, 0.25, 0.12, 0.081, 0.055 and 0.63.These values were all smaller than 1, not bigger than standard value; the average value of comprehensive index was 0.26, belongs to clean grade. The contents of all heavy metals conformed to the standard of soil environment quality of no-harmful apple. This is identical with not developed industry, the pollution of wasters and material in industry was relatively light. In a word, As is the focal point monitored and controlled from now on.(2)On either side of the 210 expressway in Luochuan of Shaanxi, the contents of Pb in soil surface layers were not bigger than the standard of soil environment quality of no-harmful apple, but all bigger than the background value of Pb in the loess texture 21.60mg/kg.The soil on either side of the 210 expressway was polluted lightly by traffic.(3)On the Yongxiang road segment of 210 expressway, Drives can go normally. Variety trend of contents of Pb in soil surface layers increased firstly by the high peak value with distance, then lower gradually with distance; on the Jingzhao road at toll station, contents of Pb in soil surface layers decreased gradually with distance.
