The Study On The Technology Of Sewage Treatment In The Eighth Factory Of Oil Exploitation

In process of oil field production, a large number of sewages have emerged. In production, because of the influence on many factors, such as medicine, the output sewage quality is very bad in the oil field. At present, the treated sewage injects stratum through two grades subside, becomeing water driving force that exploits crude oil; With the development of oil field, thinner suspension is found because of more additive, so the relative sewage quality is worse than ever. From company's water quality inspection result, water quality regular rate is very low, and it can't satisfy standard of oil field affusion. In addition, with the extension of oil field development, the water in the oil field is rising, the increase of injecting pressure certainly appears that the output water is difficult to realize all recycle issue. Hence this is necessary to study new treatment technology of sewage .From February in 2005 to now, I have been investigated six exploitation stations and studied sewage dieposal technology and management mode. The article show fine filtration arts,film filtration arts and physics sterilization arts, and so on. The kinds of arts are feasible. Through many tests, the sewage is under the control and up to standard.
