Based on the study of 9, 9-bis (methoxymethyl) fluorine (DMMF) as external donor used in the propylene polymerization, this thesis does a careful study of DMMF synthesis craft, the application of DMMF as one kind of novel diether donor in the propylene polymerization and the application of DONOR-D as silanes donor in the propylene polymerization. Based on the results of these studies, I compare the differences of the two kinds of external donors. Poly(propylene)s has been characterized by using gel permeation chromatography (GPC), differential scanning calorimeter(DSC) and FT-IR. So the polypropylene molecular weight & its distribution, the crystallization performance and isotacticity has been identified and analyzed.Two steps of synthesis to synthesize DMMF are applied in the present study. First with the industry fluorine as the raw material, 9, 9- bis (hydromethyl) fluorine is synthesized through method of hydromethylation. By using 9, 9- bis (hydromethyl) fluorine as the material and CH3I as alkylation reagent, the target product of DMMF is obtained with NaH as the catalyst. This thesis also discusses the influence of the reaction temperature, the solvent choice and the adding material way on the response process. After many experiments, I have found the good condition of each step in preparing DMMF. In the first step, fluorine synthesis 9, 9- bis(hydromethyl)fluorine through the method of hydromethylation (the reaction temperature is 0℃; the solvent is the dimethyl sulfoxide); In the second step — 9,9 - bis (hydromethyl) fluorine synthesis DMMF (temperature is below 40℃, and NaH is dripped into the CH3I reacting system).
