Study On The Sustainable Development Of The Ecology Division In Pingwu County

Ecological administration area construction is one of effective methods to achieve our sustainable development strategy in our country. Recently, it has been promoted in the whole nation from a pilot project, and its relevant theoretical and practice research become very necessary.The thesis told the basic situations of PingWu county, Mianyang city, analysed its bad factors for its sustainable development, and then gave a synthetic analysis and estimate for the system conditions with the Fuzzy Set Thoery, which is based on the Analytical Hierarchy Process. It build up a system for estimating the quality, so it gave a quantitative description for the holistic change of the sustainable development after 2010,and made a compare with that in 2003.In 2010,The quality of the ecological administration area in PinWu will be improved greatly, it can get 77.3 points. The developmental rate of the economy , ecology environment and society will be improved greatly too. They will get 70, 84. 5, 62.8 points. We can see that the ecological environment is the best.In 2010,the mode of sustainable development in PingWu will be basically shaped, and made the ecological environment, societal environment and economic environment well, and more coordinated between economy and environment , its ecological civilization, material civilization and spiritual civilization will step into a new milestone.
