The controlled release fertilizer had become one hotspot for the research in this field as a new type of fertilizer for obviously increasing the efficiency of using fertilizer and decreasing the quantity of the losing nutrition .Our researcher selected two kinds of resin A and B on the base of developping the fluidized-bed pelletizer by ourselves and produced twenty seven tyes of coated fertilizer by the spray coating technics .we also did the sysmetic research on the solubility rate in stagnant water and the eluviate capability in the sandpillar, the soilpillar, the fertilizer-bag and the effect of releasing nutrition for the coated fertilizer by the environmental factor. The results were as follow:Through the experiment we gain the main parametes for the coated fertilizer :air flux-120m~3/h,the tempreture of inlet air-0~148℃(max), the tempreture of the material-50℃,the delivery pressure for air compressor-0.8MPa , delivery pressure for sub reducing valve-0.55 MPa,the pressure of the jet -0.45~0.5 MPa,sample size-1~1.5ml/time.We set up the functional model beween the magnitude of voltage of the thermoregulator and the tempreture of the hot wind. We also set up the functional model beween the tempreture of the machine which can control it and the tempreture of the hot wind .By this way we made it to be true for conrolling the tempreture of the fluidized-bed pelletizer.The tempreture of the hot wind and the magnitude of voltage of the rmoregulator shoud be met:The tempreture of the hot wind and the tempreture for the manchine witch controll the tempreture of thefluidized-bedpelletizer shoud be met:We gained resin A and B as the coated material and we also found that if we use resin A and B in the same time ,it would be take strong crosslinked action and the effect of the coating would be better than exclusive using.y= 29.8783+1.8605X+0.010583X~2 ( R~2=0.9992 n=11)Through the spraying method that we gained twenty seven types of sample and we also did the expriment of elution for seven days.We gained that CRF-6, CRF-8, CRF-18, CRF-21, CRF-23, CRF-24, CRF-26, CRF-27 met the criterion of this method and they could be tested for further research.Through the simulate examination in our lab,we did the research to study the capability of the nutritient elution by the different testing menthod ,and the results were as follow:Under the condition of the sand pillar ,the ratio of the nutitious releas obviously higher than the ratio under the condition of the soil pillar,and the content r for nutritous release were: 0.162, 0.1503, 0.1485, 0.1201, 0.0961, 0.0894, 0.0878, 0.086 and Dmax-v under the conditon of the sand pillar were much shotter than the other two methods: 17d, 19d, 21d, 25d, 30d, 34d, 36d, 39d.Under the condition of the soil pillar ,the curve of the accumulation of thenutritous release of the CRF had obvious relativity to the curve of the accumulation of the nutritous release under the condition of the sand pillar,but the ratio was much lower than its.The content r were 0.1533 , 0.1366> 0.1436, 0.1117, 0.0912, 0.0879, 0.0840, 0.0818.However,Dmax-v were much longer than the result of the sand pillar: 20d, 22d, 24d, 29d, 34d, 38d, 39d, 45d.Through the result of the our experiments found that the quantity of the nutritious release under the condtion of the soil pillar was much lower 10% than the result in the same condition of the sand pillar.Under the conditon of the fertilizer-bag method, the quantity of the nutritious release was obviously lower than the quantity under the conditon of the sandpillar or the soilpillar. During the course of the nutritious release, a slow release stage existded,and the length of this stage has obvious relation with the qualituy of the coated material and the coated technics. In our experiment the lengh of this stage and the quantity of the nutrition were: 10.2764%/14d(CRF-6),14.87%/21d(CRF-8)19.61%/28d(CRF-18),24.06%/35d(CRF-21),23.01%/35 d(CRF-23)21.06%/35d(CRF-24), 18.47%/35d(CRF-26), 16.37%/35d(CRF-27).And the constentrwere : 0.0867, 0.0751, 0.0698, 0.0629, 0.0589, 0.0580, 0.0556, 0.0516. Dmax-vwere:41d, 44d, 52d, 55d, 61d, 67d, 75d, 92doBy constrasting to the stage of earnest absorbing the nutrition of corn we got four types of the controlled release fertilizer: CRF-2K CRF-23, CRF-24, CRF-26 and the stage of earnest absorbing the nutrition were: 52d - 58d, 58d - 64d, 64d ~ 70d> 72d ~ 78d.We also did the experiment to analyse the environmental effect to the capability of the nutritious release,wegot the results as follow:The temperature of the soil was the most important factor which can effect the release of the nutrition, the constent r would increase very quickly by increasing the tempreture of the soil .The constent r of CRF-18 were 0.0742, 0.0887, 0.117 at 15°C, 25 °C, 3 5 "C,however in the same condition the constent r were 0.0629, 0.0815, 0.0897.The soil humidity has some effect to the ratio of the nutritious release and the ratio of the nutritious release at the condition of 20%(water content) were bigger than the ratio of the water content 15% and 10%.But between 15% and 10% the difference was not clear.The soil alkalinity acidity had no clear effect to the ratio of the nutritious release in our experiment.Though the analysis for the price we found that the price of the CRF that we made were at range 2150 yaun to 2420 yuan .The price of this kind of fertilizer was much cheapper than other type of fertilizer and it more suit for farmer in china to use.By anlalysing the price we knew that the price of the controlll release fertilizer we produced were between 2550 yaun to 2950 yuan .The price of our fertilizer was much chepper than that of the same type of fertilizer in other country and they would be more suit for the farmer in our contryto use .
