Secondly, the working procedure for extraction waredetailedly researched. The content index of poultice ratio, Tanshinon IIA andFerulic acid ware determined in the orthogonal method of extracting conditionswith ethanol concentration, volume, extracting time and times. Three batchesof the samples for pharmaceutical intermediates accord with troche item aboutthe hardness, crumbliness, effective ingredient content etc in the ChinesePharmacopoeia. Stability test showed that the sample is stable in storage periodwhether appearance or inhesion quality.
