Ferroalloy is one of the most important marterial in the process of steel-making. Recent years, the production and technology of ferroalloy industry have been greatly developed in our country . Antaciron is one of the ferroalloy, the growth speed is especially prompt. Many antaciron production plant didn't realize the potential infection to the environment, and didn't recognize the trend of antaciron price, all of these are the hidden trouble of plant development.At present, in order to protect the environment the country set down a series of strict air pollution standards, the dust discharge standards reduce from 150mg/Nm3 to 100mg/Nm3 . and the discharge standards for SiO2 dust is 50mg/Nm , most antaciron production plants are faced with rectify in time or out of production. To the plant which can still produce, the investment and maintenance cost is too high, the burden of company is heavy. For the antaciron production plants, the first thing is rectify or reconstruct dust remove system and dust let reach standard and the plant can still produce;the second, reduce the cost of dust remove system and running and maintenance, improve the competing power of the company. So we should combine the characteristic of dust and design a set of economic reasonable effective dust remove system is very important.Because the majority of ferrosilicon production enterprises all use half-closed type electric stove, which produce the haze with such characteristics as the high temperature, magnanimous smoke, high-density dust, the small-size dust particle, it is quite difficult and complex to purify the mist and dust. Especially silica flour in the haze has the fine physics and chemistry performances, the versatility, but at present moves in the silicon-iron furnace dust removal system, most of them have not realized the market request (SiO2 content 90%) about the dust recycling, so it should be brought to attentions.This paper select 1# antaciron furnace of Mongolia Yanleixin ferroalloy plant as the research objection, we analyzed the reason of the lowly dust remove system effects the recycling dust couldn't answer for the market demand. According to the result we design the new dust remove system for 2# antaciron furnace. The key ofdesign is how to analyze the dust characteristic > pro-treatment choice > control of fume and so on.After being went into operation, the dust removal system had good effect. The concentration of silicon dioxide dust(34.56mg/Nm3) in the effluent flue gas can meet the National Standard, and the content of silicon dioxide(92.5%) in the recycle production was higher than the demand of market. The system has good environmental and economic benefit. The process was adopted to reconstruct dust removal system of 1# furnace.
