Cleaning material is very important in people's lives. Mainly, there are three kinds of these, including wovens, knittings and nonwovens. Nonwovens have a short machininged process, high speed and broad raw materials. So, nonwoven technics is developed rapidly in the field of cleaning materials.Most plain nonwoven cleaning materials have a common shortcoming, which is poor abrasion resistance. At present, some cleaning material made in super micro fiber, can be used in exact apparatus, but this kind of material is too expensive to generalize in all over the world. So it's necessary to research a cheap and high abrasion resistance cleaning material.This thesis researchs traditional needle punching nonwoven and spunlaced nonwoven cleaning material and researchs polyurethane coating technics, makes three kinds of nonwoven materials, such as non-coating material, coating material and dip-coating material, and compares them with each other.This thesis uses synthetic leather's experiment technics for reference, such as using transfer coating release paper, concreting technics. This operation is simpleness and tended to be controlled by release paper and stainless steel roller. This thesis mainly prepares 4 kinds of coating cleaning materials, 2 kinds of non-coating materials and 2 kinds of dip-coating materials.Hereinafter, this thesis draws such conclusions.Based on the photos of nonwoven materials, coating and dipped process improve the abrasion resistance. This thesis arrived at its first aim, which is to improve the abrasion resistance.Coating and dip-coating process improve the tensile strength of materials. But it is unconspicuous to affect the tearing strength of needle punching nonwovens. In general, polyurethane coating and dip-coating process improve the tensile strength of cleaning materials and the dip-coating process is most obvious. The tensile strength of coating material improved as the coating thickness increased.In this thesis, the cleaning materials are used in hygrometric state, so the more asorbency the more cleaning effect. This thesis makes several kinds of asorbency experiments. After these experiments, hereinafter conclusions are drawn. Polyurethane coating and dip-coating process can reduce the asorbency of these cleaning materials. The performance of polyurethane dip-coating materials is the lowest, so this kind of material is not fit to be used for cleaning material.
