The cultural tourism is an inevitable result of meeting the demands of the tourists and modern tourism industry's development. Developing the characteristic culture-tourism has already been the common understanding of travel policymaker in the everywhere. At present, it is exactly period when the cultural-tourism is vigorous, and different cultural resources have been development in various degree. Though the cooking cultural resources as the important part of tourism resources, development at early time, it has only been acting the supporting roll of tourism products for long time. To make the cooking cultural resources into a tourism product which has an outstanding cultural theme is one of the important questions for study on cultural tourism development in recent years. The north area of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region taking Gui Lin as the centre is not merely the holy land of sightseeing the beautiful mountains and rivers, but also of the national cultural tourism. With the excavating and developing deeply of the national cultural tourism of the north of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, the product development of cultural tourism which taking the cooking culture as theme is an important content of the tourism's product development and a need of tourism development of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. Based on the demand of the situation's development, this article is to carry on tentative development, discuss and study to the cooking culture resources of north ethnic minority of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region in terms of tourism development, in order to seek a thinking train of thought of solving the problem. This thesis analyses and discusses the tourism development of cooking cultural resources of north ethnic minority of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region from the following seven parts mainly: The first part, analyse and states the question of this subject ,relevant definitions theories and the current researches situation, and at same time, puts forward the research way and technological route of this thesis. The second part, analyses the tourism development's current situation and the relevant questions of Chinese cooking cultural resources and the ethnic minority cooking cultural resources in the north area of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. The third part, base on spot investigation and document research, classifies the current situation of ethnic minority cooking cultural resources in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, sums up its characteristic, and offer objective, scientific correct assessment. The fourth part, It is a key part of the thesis. On the basis of the third part, and considering the various kinds of developed to influence the development, put forward one's own idea and train of thought about how to develop the ethnic minority cooking culture resources the north of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. The fifth part, put forward some suggestion and countermeasure in order to make sure that the development of ethnic minority's cooking culture resource in the north of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. The sixth part, This is a case study, on the development of ethnic minority's cooking cultural resources in LongSheng county, and describe the train of thought about the concrete development. The seventh part, it is a conclusion part of the thesis. Through the developmental research to the subject, draw some one's own conclusions and put forward the discussion to the problem failing to solve.
