Study On The Complex Extracting Technology Of Flavonoid And Polysaccharide From Houttuynia Cordata Thunb

In this article, using the drying power of Houttuynia cordata Thunb as the raw material, the comprehensive extracting technology of flavonoid and polysaccharide in Houttuynia cordata Thunb was studied, the influence of the water extraction as well as comprehensive extraction by microwave and ultrasonic wave on the bleaching characteristic of flavonoid and polysaccharide was probed, and the technology of comprehensive extraction from the same material was constructed. The results were as the following:1. Using water, alcohol and methanol as the solvent, the extracting effect of flavonoid with alcohol was better than the others. At the same time, the ultraviolet scan showed the main compositions of the extracting material by water or alcohol had no difference, so using water as the extracting solvent.2. The water extraction as well as the complex extraction by microwave and ultrasonic wave was studied, so as to the optimal extraction technology of flavonoid and polysaccharide of Houttuynia cordata Thunb was obtained. The results showed that the effect of complex extraction of microwave was better than the others, and its optimal dealing condition was: firstly the Houttuynia cordata Thunb material was dealed with microwave, and its technology parameters were, the ratio between the weight of Houttuynia cordata Thunb and water was 1:20, microwave power was small, dealing-time were 1.5 minutes; secondly the Houttuynia cordata Thunb material was extracted by water, and its technology parameters were, abstraction temperature was 70℃, abstraction time was 2 hours. At this condition, the obtaining rate of flavonoid and polysaccharide of Houttuynia cordata Thunb was 1.793% and 4.754%, total was 6.547%.
