The effluent discharged by Printing and dying line is one of the largest industry wastewater. If the capacity of the receiving water body is smaller, it will still be polluted seriously even though the effluent is in line with the discharged standard. Furthermore, seen from the long development, it is necessary for the process of advanced treatment and reusing to implement and popularize in the nearer future because of the shortage of water resource. So the study on advanced treatment and reusing technology to printing and dying wastewater will be the heated issue in the environment protection field. As for textile printing and dying wastewater , the serious problem is the removal of color value and organic substance. Besides, as far as recycling water is concerned we hope the concentration of color and SS in recycling water is proximate to nought.Upflow Pressurized Aerated Biological Activated Carbon Filter process is used to bench-scale testing of the effluent from printing and dying wastewater with lowest concentration of ammonia by contrast to with higher concentration of ammonia in this dissertation, the obstainedmain results are as follow:1. Upflow Pressurized Aerated Biological Activated Carbon Filter tank is inoculated and cultivated bioflim for 16 days on condition that the temperature is 28℃30℃, and it indicates that cultivating bioflim has succeeded when the removal ratio of CODCr and ammonia approximately get to 45% ,55% respectively ,and the pressure difference between inlet and outlet is 9.9KPa.2. The experiment results showed that the increasing or decreasing of the pH of the effluent depends on the type of the biochemical reaction in the filtrate tank, when the biochemical reaction is mainly carbonization, the pH of the effluent is increasing and the relation between the range of the pH variety and removal ratio of CODCr is positive pertinence; and when the biochemical reaction is mainly nitrification, the pH of the effluent is decreasing and the relation between the range of the pH variety and removal ratio of NH3-N is positive pertinence.3. The concentration of DO in the reactor and the gas pressure are not a direct ratio relation, the concentration of the DO is increasing like a parabolic curve when the gas pressure is less than 300kPa, and the DO is increasing slowly when the pressure is over 300kPa. Study indicates the most appropriate gas pressure is 300kPa. The concentration of the DO increases rapidly when the pressure varies from 50kPa to 300kPa in the reaction, and the maximal concentration of the DO can get to 6.99mg/L,and when the gas pressure is over 300 KPa, the concentration of the DO and the removal of the contamination increase little.4. The reaction runs excellently when the gas pressure is 300KPa and the water burden is 0.642.0m3/(m2.h) approximately. On the condition that the gas pressure is 300kPa, the water burden is 1.14m3/(m2.h) and the temperature is 28°C-30°C, the removal ratio of CODCr and NH3-N is about 68.6% and over 92.5% respectively, the removal ratio of the turbidity is over 70%, the removal ratio of the color is 50%70%, the removal ratio of the UV254 is 50%70% steadily; and the effluent are as follows: CODCr≤40mg/L, NH3-N≤2.5 mg/L, BOD5 ≤mg/L, SS≤10 mg/L, the turbidity is less than 10NTU, the color is less than 20 times, which all can meet the demands of urban water general reused (CS25.1-89).5. Compare the wastewater treatment effect of the pressurized BAC and that of the general BAC, the differences of the removal ratios of NH3-N, turbidity, color, CODCr between the former and the latter are 50%,40%, 10%,18.6% respectively. But as far UV254 as is concerned, the two type of reactor has little difference.6. The experiment results showed that the biofilm activity of the pressurized BAC is more excellent than that of the general BAC, which indicates that the former has more advantages. And the residual cubage of micropores in the carbon grain is bigger than that of the general BAC isbecause the differ...
