The Study On The Environmental Protection Programming Of Huai'an Development Region

With the development of economy in our country, region development constructions have become the important way of economic development. In resent years, the strength and structure of economy has increased and improved obviously through the exploitation of large scope of region. The function of the land will change correspond greatly in short-term. However, the current environment isn't optimistic, the environment of surface water and atmosphere has been polluted seriously. Development region and surroundings contain stable environment capacity; it will appear the environmental problems if the contamination exceeds the environment capacity. Therefore, the environment problems should be considered before the construction of the development region and the protection programming should be established.Firstly, this paper will introduce the research methods and the progress of environmental protection programming. The models on atmosphere, surface water , zoology and so on will be discussed and researched deeply.This paper selects Huai'an Agriculture Integrated Development Region asresearch object. It is a typical development region mainly develops agricultural product and accessorily develops others industries. Based on the analysis of the region's current environmental conditions, the model combined with point-resource and non-point resource will be used in calculation in the influence of atmosphere contaminate to sensitivity-point around; the river water will adopt the hydrodynamic and water quality model of the network of waterways to estimate the influence that produce to the river water; in the aspect of zoology, the method of ecology suitability degree will be used to discuss whether the land using for agriculture, industry, habitation etc by using MapInfo of GIS. The paper will study on the capacity of the river water and the atmosphere, then study out several projects to compare and analysis. It will bring forward the detail environmental protection programming and the zoology-building programming basis on the whole capacity about environment.
