Vibration fault diagnosis is that combines real project science closely, it has a wide project background and practical value, the theoretical research of strengthening in this respect has an important meaning.This paper has analyzed that the research current situation and method of technology in vibration fault diagnosis . The mine hoist system was carried on vibration test when utilizing time domain, frequency domain and finite element analytical method to diagnose the winder vibration source. The fuzzy synthetic judge model of the winder and vibration fault diagnosed the artificial neural network model was established.In this paper, considering the running characteristics of a winder in mine, the vibration fault causes are discussed by mean of the vibration test analyses. And the model of fuzzy synthetic judge on vibration fault sources is established based on fuzzy theory. The vibration sources of the winder are diagnosed by applying the fuzzy synthetic judge model. The set of fault causes and set of symptoms are founded on the winder, and the measurement of fuzzy symptoms is achieved by finding fuzzy relation matrix. The objectivity and accuracy of the fault judge is improved on a winder. The necessarily foundation is provided for vibration controlling of the winder.
