Equipment Management And Condition Maintenance Of Heidaigou Open-pit Coal Mine

In order to explore a practical and feasible repair management mode suited for Heidaigou Open Cast Coal Mine, this thesis, by means of systematical studies on equipment management program , absorption of advanced domestic and foreign equipment management theories and combination of equipment application at Heidaigou Open Cast equipment, analyses the equipment fault rules at Heidaigou Open Pit, with hierarchical analysis method of systematical engineering program, selects repair methods for various faults, and systematically dissertates equipment repair management program at Heidagigou Open Cast Coal Mine. For equipment repair mode is based on equipment condition control, and it is a primary content for modern equipment management, so the thesis mainly discusses how to apply the advanced repair concept to equipment management at Heidaigou Open Cast Coal Mine.Firstly, this thesis studies theories and experiences of domestic and foreign large equipment, discusses the different periods of damage repair, planned maintenance, preventive repair program and condition repair etc., and repair systems of different countries, and make studies and a brief introduction to the development and equipment condition monitoring and diagnostic technology of mining equipment around today's world.Secondly, this thesis statistically analyses the fault rules of all kinds of equipment at Heidaigou Open Cast Coal mine, put forward countermeasures to minimize troubleshooting. Then, make monitoring on ordinary trouble, and frequency spectrum analysis on all kinds of lubricants, and analyses mechanism of happened faults to determine fault causes. Finally, with the integration of fault rules and practical specialties at Heidaigou Open Cast Coal Mine, establishes an equipment repair management mode, bring forward a repair program and classification, condition testing methods and analysis methods. This task is a definite value of use for reference to improve equipment repair quality at Heidaigou Open Cast Coal Mine and reduce integrative repair cost.
