This paper describes a method for the determination of pesticide residues in vegetables, fruits and soil utilizing gas chromatography-mass spectrometry method.Pesticide residue analysis in vegetables & fruits includes the multi-residue analysis of organochlorines, organophosphorus, carbamates and pyrethroids and the mono-residue analysis of those that needs derivation such as fluroxypyr and imidacloprid etc.Analysis is performed by gas-chromatagraphy with mass spectrometric detection(GC-MS) and selected ion monitoring(SIM) mode and solid phase extraction(SPE) pretreatment. Pesticides are positively confirmed by retention times and characteristic ion ratios.5 analysis methods for the determination of multi-pesticide residues in vegetables & fruits are described in this paper. Programmed-temperature is used in the method of 48 multi-pesticide residues analysis, improved 30 organophosphorus multi-residues analysis and improved 4 multi-residues analysis Analysis process of the above 3 methods needs less than 36 min. It...
