Acylthiourea and thiosemicarbazides have extensive biological activities, such as antibacterial, antihypertension, anticonvulsive, antidepressant, local anaesthesialocal, insecticide and plant growth regulator activities. Therefore they have been applied to many fields, for instance, medicine, agronomy, biology and so on. In addition, furoyl derivatives frequent occurrence in nature are of interest because of their wide range of biological effects for the oxygen atom of furan-ring coming into being the hydrogen bonds easily and increasing the affinity in the organisms. As if furoyl and Acylthiourea or thiosemicarbazides were brought into one main body, more comprehensive efficiency could be opened out.In the main portion of this thesis. Greenchemistry, Cleantechnology and their applications for synthesis compounds which were to say are discussed, we designed and synthesized 58 acylthiourea and thiosemicarbazides compounds including in 5 series. The most of them possessed of furan-ring. The structures of all the compounds were conformed by Elemental Analysis, IR and ~1H NMR.Series I-III: N-aryl-N/-[5-(2/-nitrophenyl)-2-furoyl]thioureas, l-aryloxyacetyl-4 -[5'-(2''-nitrophenyl)-2'-furoyl]-thiosemicarbazides and N-aryl-N/-[2-benzo(6)furyl ] thioureas can be expeditiously synthesized by one-pot grinding procedure under solvent-free and catalysis condition in excellent yield. The features of easy handling and no need of any hazardous solvents make this protocol more suitable to combinatorial synthesis and industrial applications.Series IV~V: One-step synthesis of N-aryl-N'-aroylthioureas and l-aroyl-4-[2/-benzo(6)furan-carbonyl]thiosemicarbazides in aqueous media, in the presence of TEBA catalyst, compared with conventional synthesis methods. The synthesis in aqueous combine two steps into one and the handling become more briefness.It is more important that the free-solvent design and in aqueous media route are all based on the green-chemistry and avoided the pollution of environment.The section tow of the thesis is going to discuss the silver mirror reaction of amines and silver nitrate, drawing the conclusion that silver nitrate solution could act as the differentiating reagent of amines and different amines. At the same time, tow efficacious differentiating methods(plating silver on vessel and film solution ) are summed up.
