SrCO3, as a very important industry material, has a huge potential in mass application in kinescopes, displays, monitors and electronic components, also in produing.Sr and Sr-compounds.In recent years,the quantity of SrCO3 which are used for big screen TVs,computer displays, etc, is gradually increasing. As energy sources expenses, environment pollutions, lode drying up, etc, the outputs of SrCO3 in Japan,America,Germany were dropping off. Thirty percent of all reserves of Sr resources is in China. As a main producer, the annual output of Sr-products is fifty~sixty percent of all in the world. However, undeveloped technics, high output costs,technologys instability,low export prices,etc,so the high quality Sr-products are lacking. To prevent the pollution of the environment and avail ourself of the plentiful Sr- resources dominance,the key technology must be resolved as quickly as possible.By contrast with SrCl2,Sr(NO3)2,Sr(OH)2 methods, this study is mainly devoted to investigating the effect of carbonation with ultrasonic cavitation, ultrasonic dispersing, ultrasonic agitation, aerated rates, aerated methods, thin film theroy as well as the wide prospect of ultrasonic in the SrCO3 field. The perfectly physical and chemical characteristics SrCO3 will be produced.The industry SrCO3 was acidified by HCl and H2SO4,which removed part of Ba. The effect of the solubility of Sr(OH)2, Ca(OH)2, Ba(OH)2 with temperature is different, so the Sr(OH)2 with purity of 99.95% was obtained by precipitation,Crystallization separating method.In the carbonation process, depending on ultrasonic cavitation, ultrasonic dispersing, ultrasonic agitation, using CO2 as raw material,the high purity SrCO3 was obtained in the ultrasonic cleaning equipment. At the same time, carbonation mechanism, crystal growth mechanism, aerated methods, aerated rates, temperature, concentration were studied. In addition, the particle shape, particle size, uniformity, purity of SrCO3 were studied by electron microscope pictures, X-ray analysis, etc.The experimental result shows that the high purity SrCO3 with high level Physical and chemical characteristics was obtained.
